Aion 2 in Russia
NCSOFT has not announced a dedicated Russian service or Russian servers for Aion 2. The announced regions are North America, South America, Europe and Japan. Russian is, however, one of the ten supported client languages, so the interface and text are localised even without a local server.

Russian is supported, a Russian server is not
These are separate things and the distinction matters. The client ships in Russian alongside English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese. That means menus, quests and items are readable in Russian. It does not mean there is a server hosted for Russian players, so latency would be to the nearest announced region.
On VPNs
- NCSOFT region-targets its services, and a VPN can place you in a region a service refuses — causing login failures rather than fixing them.
- Using one to get around a region lock risks the account under NCSOFT's terms of service.
- We are not going to walk you through circumventing a region lock. If access is restricted where you are, the honest answer is that NCSOFT has not opened a service there.
