"Leaking Drakana has stopped us from trading with the Shugo Merchants." Ulgorn wants to stabilize the situation at the crash site, which remains full of unresolved issues. Ever since the Dredgion crashed, the supply route used by the Quai Merchants has become hazardous. The merchants' lost goods were recovered, and the dangerous mutants were dealt with. Ulgorn was pleased to report to the Quai Merchants that their transport route has been restored.
