Journal, on completion
"Akarios of the Storm, in the flesh..." The Notos Legion's base is located in Zumion Village, near Altamia Canyon. You attempted to seek their cooperation, but they still held resentment toward Caelid. After several rejections, you finally met Dymones, the commander of the Notos Legion, who also voiced strong criticism of Caelid. However, thanks to Dymones' unwavering trust in Phernos, you managed to secure his legion's support. Thus began an uneasy alliance. While Dymones looked into the High Priestess of Illusion, Caelid promised to assist the Notos Legion.
